Resident support

Residential Mentors are here to look after residents' wellbeing. They are experienced students who live in each Community to provide welfare advice and support for those students who need it.

They are also here to make sure residents are considerate of each other and our local neighbours, so that we can all live in a happy Community.

Getting to know your Mentor

You will get to meet the Residential Mentor in your area over Intro. They'll then come and visit regularly and there's a Duty Mentor available every evening at The Edge Hub, The Ridge and Opal 2 reception.

When Residential Mentors are available

Mentors are on duty from 6pm to 12am and are on call from midnight to 6am. Mentors visit the students they are personally repsonsible for each week.
