Our team is available across the residences, each being the main point of contact for different services and queries. Find out who you need to contact for your specific query below.
The Edge

We are here at The Edge front desk to answer any general queries you have about ACS accommodation and services - in person, by email and on the phone.
Our team is available on the front desk seven days a week between 8am and 10pm. Outside of these hours a member of the ACS Portering team will be available.
Some of our most common duties include:
- Lost keys and swipe cards
- Cycle storage information
- Car parking information
- Collecting post
- Handing in or enquiring about lost property
- Maintenance issues and requests

A member of our team will be available at The Hub between 5pm and 8pm every day to assist with room bookings and event and ticket information. Our main duties include:
- Organising room bookings at the residences - find out more about this by downloading the 'Room Bookings at the Residences' policy at the top of this page
- Provide you with information about events taking place in the residences; sell tickets for events, gigs and club nights at the residences and the Union

We are here to answer general queries you have about ACS accommodation and services - in person, by email and on the phone. Our team is available on the front desk between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Outside of these hours a member of the ACS Portering team will be available.
