Who to contact

If you have a maintenance problem in University accommodation -

• Report in person to Customer Services at The Edge, The Ridge Receptions
• Call the ACS Helpdesk on 0114 222 4488
• email : Email the Maintenance helpdesk
• Fill out a maintenance request form

Please note that Opal 2 students must report maintenance issues to Opal 2. If you contact us or fill in the Maintenance Request Form we will be unable to deal with your enquiry.
