Our rooms are a great value alternative to local hotels.
Starting from just £25 per night for our single en-suite rooms with fantastic brand new double en-suite rooms also available for just £30 per night. These rooms are located in our accommodation villages, which offer local facilities available for you to use.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, bedding and towels.
Our accommodation is provided on a room only basis but great quality food and drink are available nearby at our eatwithUS cafés and dining rooms across campus. Find out where they are located by clicking here.

If your booking is paid for by The University of Sheffield or a VAT exempt organisation you pay even less!
If you're VAT exempt then a single en-suite room will cost just £21.28 with double en-suite rooms just £25.53 per night.

To book please download and complete the booking form (click the link on right-hand side of this page) and email it to accommodationoffice@sheffield.ac.uk where we will confirm your booking and advise you how to make payment prior to your arrival.

Prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%, which is subject to change. University of Sheffield departments will be exempt from paying VAT when paying with a SAP or uBase order.
Please note booking enquiries can be made at any time, but can only be confirmed Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
