Undergraduates, postgraduates, special course, short term and International students can all apply to live in University accommodation.
When to applyIf you are coming to Sheffield in September 2012, you can apply once you've notified UCAS that the University of Sheffield is your firm or insurance choice. Alternatively, you can apply once you have accepted an offer of a place here. |
How to applyWe recommend that prospective students apply for University accommodation online If you are unable to apply online, you can download a paper application form and return it by post to the address supplied. |
After you have appliedWe will send you an automated acknowledgement email and letter to confirm receipt of your application. If you are an insurance offer holder, a postgraduate, or a visiting student, we will also email you a confirmation slip. Once you have met the conditions of your offer, you will need to email the completed confirmation slip back to us in order for us to be able to process your application. |
Contact usAfter you have applied, you should contact us if there is any information that is incorrect or you would like to change. Please note that changes cannot be made once your application has been put forward for allocation. You should also contact us if you decide not to come to Sheffield or accept your place in our accommodation. |
