Our accommodation guarantee 2011/12

Because living in University accommodation is one of the best ways to experience student life in Sheffield, we guarantee the majority of students accommodation throughout their studies.

Our guarantee for Study Abroad students

If you are coming to Sheffield as part of a Study Abroad Programme, you are guaranteed accommodation from 4 February 2012 until your contract end date (this will either be June or July 2012). To be guaranteed accommodation you must apply on or before the 11 December 2011.

Our guarantee for Erasmus students

If you are coming to Sheffield as a second semester Erasmus student or are a visiting student, you are not guaranteed accommodation. However, accommodation is available for a limited number of students starting their course on the 4 February 2012. Applications must be submitted on or before the 11 December 2011 in order to be considered, but a room cannot be guaranteed.

ELTC Courses

We are not able to guarantee accommodation for students studying ELTC. However, if you wish to enquire about availability of University accommodation, please email accommodationoffice@sheffield.ac.uk
