Accommodation for current students 2013/14

Applying is really simple. Just download the application form at the right hand side of this page and email it back to accommodationoffice@sheffield.ac.uk.

The application process

Here’s how to apply and what will happen next. Remember that you can apply on your own, or as a group.

  1. Find out which properties are available.
  2. Complete the application form, selecting the three properties in order of preference that you are interested in. If you’re applying as a group, you each need to complete an application.
  3. Email your completed form/s to accommodationoffice@sheffield.ac.uk.
  4. We’ll then contact you to arrange a viewing. It’s not always possible to view apartments, but we’ll do our best.
  5. You’ll have 24 hours to let us know if you’d like to take the property.
  6. Once you’ve confirmed, we’ll take the property off the market and we’ll email you a reservation letter.
  7. In March, we’ll email you a contract which you’ll need to accept online within 7 days and pay a £150 deposit.
