Accommodation Survey

Over 2,000 of you completed our Accommodation Survey, so a big thank you to all who took the time to give us your feedback. We achieved some great results and received positive feedback about what we're doing well and what you enjoy about living with us, as well as identifying some areas where we can do better.

We´re constantly looking at ways in which we can improve your accommodation experience and the results from the survey and all your comments really are invaluable in helping us to do this.

The survey looks at all the different aspects of living in University accommodation, from the information available before you arrived to the welcome you received when you moved in, the approachability of your Residential Mentor to whether you feel part of a Community where you live.

This was the 17th annual Accommodation Survey and the 6th year that residents have been able to respond online. The impressive response rate of 36% is a rise from 28% last year, a fantastic improvement that gives us increased levels of useful data to work with and enables us to get a fuller picture of what you think about living in our accommodation.
