 We've compared our prices with other local launderettes around the residences and found that we’re still the cheapest. It costs just £2 for a standard wash and £1 for 50 minutes use of the dryer. There are lots of launderettes around the residences – check out the Villages Map to find the one nearest you! |
| You want more specific information on the website about your accommodation, including pictures and plans |
We’re working on accommodation videos which will provide a better idea about what life is like in University accommodation and we’ll be putting 360° photos of the bedrooms, en-suites, and communal areas online. |
| You weren’t sure what cleaning you were responsible for and what your cleaner is supposed to clean |

| You said you thought the eatwithUS card could be more flexible so your allowance can roll over each week |
We’re currently reviewing our eatwithUS card system which will give us the technology to enable rolling over of the weekly allowance to increase flexibility. eatwithUS cards offer one of the most flexible catering offers of any university. Even here at Sheffield, it was only recently that our catered offer comprised of set meal times in fixed dining room locations and limited menu choice. |

We’re checking our prices against our competitors including the Students’ Union and catering outlets at other universities to ensure that we are offering better value for money. eatwithUS doesn’t just offer a great food and drink range, our outlets are somewhere to meet friends, study and provide a warm and welcoming place for you to relax. Our venues offer different styles and choices of food, and our menus are regularly refreshed following your feedback. In this way, eatwithUS is designed to offer you much more than shops such as Marks and Spencer or the Union Shop. |
