Scholarships and prizes

Thanks to Alumni Fund donations from alumni, friends, parents, and current and former staff, over £1 million has been raised to date to fund over 400 student scholarships. These awards help talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds who would otherwise struggle to afford a University education – and many of whom are the first in their family to go to University.

Alumni Foundation

The Alumni Foundation is a grant-making committee established to distribute the philanthropic donations of alumni and friends to the most deserving recipients throughout the University.
