America Alumni Reunion Dinner - San Diego/La Jolla, Saturday 24th August 2013

In August 2013, it will once again be the turn of the West coast to host this flagship event for our USA alumni. The date has been set for Saturday 24th August 2013 with a venue to be decided in San Diego/La Jolla.

Florida Alumni Dinner - Saturday February 9th 2013

University of Sheffield in America alumni are invited to attend a drinks reception and dinner on Saturday February 9th 2013 in Bonita Springs, Florida. The event will be hosted by Nobel Laureate in Chemistry and University of Sheffield alumnus Professor Sir Harry Kroto (BSc 1961; PhD 1964; DSc 1995)

The evening will also provide an opportunity to meet the University of Sheffield's new Director of Campaigns Mr Peter Agar. Peter was formerly the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Cambridge and we are delighted to welcome him to the team here at Sheffield. Peter will be giving a brief overview of the latest news and developments from the University.

The event will take place from 7pm at Pelican's Nest golf club, Bonita Springs. www.nestgolf.com

Pelican's Nest is located at 4450 Pelicans Nest Drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34134. The nearest airport is Fort Myers (Southwest Florida International Airport) which is a 30 minute drive away. We are negotiating a discount rate at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, and more details will be sent out with confirmation of your event booking.
