Sheffield School of Architecture has one of the UK's largest undergraduate programmes in architecture. We attract more applicants than any other School in the country, a sign of our exceptional reputation in the field. We are committed to broadening access to architectural education and we are actively engaged in widening participation programmes organised by the University of Sheffield. A vibrant and informed atmosphere for the study of architecture, we are home to some of the best architecture students in the UK.
Our single (BA Architecture K100) and dual honours programmes (BA Architecture and Landscape KK13; MEng Structural Engineering and Architecture HK21) are recognised by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as giving exemption from RIBA Part 1. All three qualifications are also prescribed, subject to periodic review, by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) for the purposes of entry onto the United Kingdom Register of Architects.
