Narrative Interludes in Genesis: Irony as an “Answer” to the “Question” of Identity - I am exploring how irony in select narrative interludes in Genesis (the stories of Hagar, Dinah, and Tamar) problematizes narratological constructions of ancestral identity in the ancestral narrative.
