Undergraduate study abroad

Undergraduates are encouraged to do a semester study abroad programme. The opportunity to live in and explore another culture while studying is an excellent way to expand personal horizons, make life-time memories and friends, and maximize personal growth.

The following options are available:

EU SOCRATES-ERASMUS

The EU SOCRATES-ERASMUS programme, which, in the case of Biblical Studies, has an exchange programme with Leuven University in Belgium for four months. For information, contact the Departmental programme Director, Dr Hugh Pyper.

Study Abroad (Exchange) Programme

This programme allows you to study at designated universities in Australia, Canada or the USA for a full year and transfer the grades you receive there back to Sheffield to form part of your BA degree. For information, contact the International Office.
