Home Cooking: Domestic Food Preparation in Iron II Judah Diana Edelman
A detailed look at what food was prepared in the home of the average Iron II Judahite and the cooking techniques used, based on archaeological remains and the Hebrew Bible. The artifactual study is framed within household archaeology theory and spatial analysis, while the study of the biblical texts is done using literary, ideological, and historical criticism.
