Meeting Rooms Terms and Conditions

A list of terms and conditions pertaining to the rental of meeing rooms at the Sheffield Bioincubator.

General

1. Clients arriving early cannot be guaranteed immediate access to meeting rooms.
2. All charges to clients will be made by invoice in arrears.
3. Payment of invoice is due within 28 days of its receipt.

Provisional Bookings:

4. Provisional bookings expire after 7 days.
5. Provisional will not be accepted within 14 days of the hire date.

Cancellations:

76. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the hire date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
7. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the hire date will be charged in full.
8. Charges relating to cancelled catering orders will be charged to the client in full.

Security:

9. The Sheffield Bioincubator accepts no liability for unattended personal belongings or equipment.
10. Visitors must observe local emergency and security procedures.
11. The client is responsile for the safety, security and conduct of their guests on our premises.

Damages:

12. Breakages and spillages must be reported before the client leaves our premises.
13. Accidental damages must be paid for by the client.
14. Excepting washing up, the room must be left as it was found. Failure to do so may incur cleaning charges.

Additional services:

15. Additional 'paid for' services are available at cost.
16. Overunning meetings will be charged at external hourly rates.
17. Parking can be provided at no less than 24 hours.
18. Use of Sheffield Bioincubator logo and images of the facility is subject to our approval.
