Students rate Biomedical Science at Sheffield amongst the best in the UK

In the National Student Survey, our students have rated biomedical sciences courses at the University of Sheffield as amongst the best in the UK.
The National Student Survey (NSS) is an annual survey of final-year degree students across the UK. It is organised by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and aims to gather feedback on student views on the quality of their chosen courses, to help inform the choices of future applicants to higher education, and to contribute to public accountability.
Students are asked to rate teaching quality including: interest and enthusiasm of staff; assessment and feedback, academic support; organisation and management; learning resources and skills development.
We are delighted to say that Biomedical Science at the University of Sheffield achieved excellent results in the past three years, ranking amongst the best in the UK for teaching quality, overall student satisfaction, academic support, organisation and management of the course, learning resources and opportunities for personal development.
