Sheffield RNAi Screening Facility (SRSF)

The RNAi screening facility is a Wellcome Trust and Department of Biomedical Science funded centre located within the Alfred Denny Building in recently refurbished laboratories.

The RNAi screening facility houses integrated liquid handling robotics, cell culture, high through-put cell based assays and include a high content microscopy service in an automated lab environment. The facility uses state-of-the-art, genome-wide cell-based screens for the study of functional-genomics in Drosophila cells.
