You can book another appointment whenever you need and if the Adviser thinks that you need more in-depth guidance, then s/he will refer you for a one-hour appointment with the Careers Adviser linked to your course. Career planning and job search is a joint and ongoing process between you and the Careers Service.
The Adviser may refer you to websites, other information resources, and appropriate Careers Service events/activities to continue your research after your appointment.

CV reviews

We run additional CV review appointments during term-time between 12.00 - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday. You can book up to five working days in advance by visiting the Careers Service or by calling us on 0114 2220910.

If you would like us to review your CV / covering letter / application form / personal statement please ensure that you have a paper copy. This enables the adviser to review your documents and makes it easier for comments and suggestions to be written directly on to them.
