Presentations
Presentations allow you to meet groups of students in a structured setting, and are particularly effective for larger organisations or those which are more likely to be familiar to students.
Early evening bookings are popular and can be followed by the opportunity to network with students. Lunchtime events are possible for shorter hour-long presentations.
We offer a range of packages giving you the choice of a variety of venues and catering options, and we will work with you to ensure that your event is effectively promoted to students that you are particularly keen to target.
One-to-ones
One-to-ones are informal discussions between your representatives and students, usually lasting 20-30 minutes. As well as being good for general profile raising, they allow you to have quality interactions with interested students.
They can be particularly effective for smaller or less well-known organisations, or those that are keen to target specific disciplines or generate interest in a particular function.
One-to-ones are usually held at the Careers Service where you can meet with students who have pre-booked their appointments through us. No application forms or CVs are involved and the students will be encouraged to bring with them a series of questions relating to their areas of interest and concerns. Meetings can also be conducted by telephone if you are unable to come onto campus.
