Links with other parts of the University
We work closely with academic departments and if you are keen to establish closer links with specific academic departments we can facilitate links with appropriate staff.
Academic departments have a range of ways in which they work with employers. For instance, you may like to provide a project for students to work on as part of their course or a case study which can be built into the curriculum. A small number of departments also have their own events for employers, such as small recruitment fairs. Many departments also welcome offers of competitions, prizes and other awards.

Our Faculty of Engineering have a well-established Engineering Gateway which is a facility through which support is offered to employers wishing to develop a closer relationship with engineering departments.
