Terms of use
Catering vouchers are now available to purchase from the catering team. They are ideal for departmental open days and school visits and can be used towards refreshments in any eatwithUS outlet.
Vouchers are available in £1, £2, £3, £4 and £5 denominations.
To purchase vouchers please ensure you have a SAP purchase order number, the amount you wish to purchase and the denominations required.
We recommend that you purchase a book of vouchers to keep in your department and then you are able to issue them to your visitors/staff whenever you require.
Please remember to inform us of any planned visits, with expected numbers of visitors, café where refreshments will be required and time/date. We can then make sure that we have prepared enough food and our staff are ready to make sure the visit runs smoothly.
Terms of use
Departmental own produced vouchers will no longer be valid in our catering outlets, only eatwithUS vouchers will be accepted.
No change will be given for monies not spent on the voucher.
The issuing department will be charged the full face value of the voucher.
Vouchers will only be accepted in the location for which they have been requested.
The University financial directives apply to the use, and purchase of vouchers.
All vouchers must be used in the financial year they were purchased.
