2011 - present: PhD in directed cellular evolution for improved biopharmaceutical production under the supervision of Professor David James at the University of Sheffield

Current work involves defining in vitro culturing strategies of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells that result in the rapid evolution of desirable cell phenotypes for enhanced production of recombinant protein biopharmaceuticals.
