Undergraduate Departmental Visit Days
Our Departmental Visit day programme is by invitation for those who have applied for a place through UCAS. The following programme starts at 11.30am and will include:
- Coach tour of the University area
- Guided tour of Endcliffe Student Village (accommodation)
- Lunch (complimentary meal voucher provided for applicants)
- Guided tour of the Goodwin Sports Centre
- Course talk
- Informal Interview
- Tour of Department and Student Union etc
- Special presentation for parents
These events will give you the chance to get a feel for the Chemistry department, the University, and a little of life in Sheffield. The programme is scheduled to end by 4.30pm.
If you are approaching the stage of deciding which Universities you wish to enter on your UCAS application, and would like to look around the University first, you can book a place on one of the University Open Days by clicking on the link below, part of your visit will include an informative talk in the Chemistry department along with a tour of the department.
