Buying a Mac For Departments - Step by Step
Choose your Mac
Go to Procureweb Website and choose your Mac
Procureweb for Apple Products (opens in a new window)
- Note the computer’s general model eg MacBook Pro, 17 inch, 2.5 GHz
- Note the price excluding vat
- Click the Select button
- Do any customisation as required,
- Finally select and copy the specifications
Request your Mac
Go to myPurchase, click Shop, then click Describe Requirement
- In the Description field, enter the general model eg MacBook pro 17 inch 2.5 GHz
- In Quantity specify 1 each
- In Price quote the price excluding vat
- In Category, specify the most appropriate computing option
- Leave Required On as today’s date
- Click Add to Shopping Cart
Next, click on your product in the list, it may be the only entry
- Under Cost Assignment, specify the cost centre from your SAP budget structure
- Under Documents and Attachments, change the menu to Vendor Text, then copy and paste the specifications from Procureweb
- Under Sources of Supply specify the vendor code 80661
Finally, click the Order button.
