Microsoft Software Prices on Education Select Agreement

To order: Send an Internal Trade Order to vendor 9022. Items other than Microsoft software should be placed on a separate order. Please include contact details, so we can inform you when goods are ready for collection, normally within a week of receipt of your order.

Each item on the Select scheme requires a licence per machine.
Server Client Access Licences (CALs): All Servers and most Client Access Licences (CALs) are licensed under the Microsoft Education Select Agreement. (However, CALs for all Windows servers are free under the Campus Agreement.) You will need one CAL per user, but as the licensing situation is complex, please inform Peter Armstrong (p.armstrong@sheffield.ac.uk) of intended use of these products and their licences.
