Think before you print papers for meetings: do you need to print every paper? can you share with a colleague?

If you have a laptop or portable device take this along to view papers.

If you are chairing the meeting display the papers from a computer via a projector and encourage delegates not to bring their own copies. CiCS is installing display equipment in meetings rooms around campus.
