Data Quality & Management Information

The Data Quality and Management Information (MI) Office provides expertise and guidance to the University in using central data. Through the development of MI resources and supply of central data for use in institutional modelling and review activities, data is prepared for use in the preparation of external and internal returns.

Working with departmental colleagues, we lead on ensuring the completeness of the central student record, supplying guidance on the impact of new institutional procedures and practices upon data quality. We also act as the custodian of external competitor data and provide and maintain resources for the supply of competitor data to departments.
