CAREERS SERVICE
The Careers Service has a very comprehensive website and provides extensive guidance on all aspects of careers and work experience including finding vacancies, job applications, CVs, interviews. You are strongly encouraged to visit (see Careers Service website for location).
An online Career Skills programme is available to help you through the career planning, decision making and job hunting process.
Summary timetables of what actions you should be taking and when for finding jobs and vacation work are available within Downloads and you can also plan your own timetable of action.

SKILLS
The Department runs a range of skills activities within its coursework. Other excellent skills courses are provided within the University to help you develop competencies that graduate employers are looking for.
Don't be put off if you are not sure what they will be like. They are good fun and well worth attending. Participants come out with very positive experiences.
