Rapid Response cleaning service

ElaineWe're dedicated to improving the services we provide to the University and, thanks to recent customer feedback, we are pleased to announce that we are introducing a `Rapid Response´ cleaning service.

Our Rapid Response team can attend to situations, such as floods, substantial spillages, overflowing sinks and toilets and other situations which require reactive and prompt cleaning. This service is available between 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday.

If you require the services of the Rapid Response team, please contact the Estates and Facilities Management Helpdesk on extension 29000.

Ad hoc cleaning requests

We´re also introducing an adhoc cleaning service for planned events such as open days, office moves or any other occasion which requires additional cleaning above the regular cleaning schedules.

To request this type of additional cleaning, please email rapidresponse@sheffield.ac.uk giving at least one week´s notice and provide full details of the requirements, a contact name and number. We´ll then be in touch with you to confirm your request. The availability of this service is dictated by customer need, and at busier times there may be a delay.
