Firth Hall
The Firth Hall is located in the beautiful Edwardian Firth Court at the heart of the university central campus, and is where the majority of our concerts take place. The building is conveniently situated within local amenities; The Students' Union building opposite the venue has a number of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes, and the Firth Hall is only a 5 minute walk from Sheffield’s thriving West Street.

Venue Access
Access/Wheelchair users: Firth Court provides easy access for wheelchair users, by use of a ramp adjacent to the main entrance to the building, and subsequent lift access to the Firth Hall. Please notify the concerts team on the day if you require a wheelchair space in the hall for a concert (0114 222 0468)
Getting Here
Supertram
Trams link the railway station and the city centre directly to the University. Trams from the station to the University run on the Blue route (destination "Malin Bridge").
Trams from the city centre to the University run on both the Blue route and the Yellow route (destination "Middlewood").
During the day trams run every 10 minutes (15 minutes on Sundays) from 6.00am to midnight. The nearest stop to our venues is The University of Sheffield stop.
Buses
Buses to our venues are frequent and inexpensive. From the railway and coach station as well as the City Centre you can take the number 10, 30, 40, 42, 51, 52 and 120 directly to the University, where our venue is accessible by foot.
Taxis
There are taxi ranks at the railway station and beside the City Hall. The journey should only take 5 minutes, but can take 15 minutes if traffic is heavy. Expect to pay about £5.
Parking
For our evening concerts we offer free parking in Durham Road carpark after 5pm (see map above.) Spaces are also available in Tower Court carpark (in front of the Arts Tower on Western Bank) in the evenings for 50p.
