Arts Talk: New Light From Old Windows, Amber Hiscott (architectural glass designer)

To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the stained glass in the Cathedral's iconic Lantern Window, its designer Amber Hiscott will present a talk on the window's design, and creation, and give insight into her approach to the creation of stained glass art work. Exclusive and limited edition art posters of the Lantern Window will also be available to purchase for the event. Amber Hiscott lives and works in Swansea and is one of the country´s most sought after architectural glass designers. Also interested in steel, water and light, Amber´s work can be seen at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester, The Wales Millenium Centre, Regent Street amongst many others. Amber has lectured and exhibited internationally for 20 years and has work in the Victoria and Albert Museum, Mannheim City and the Nishida Arts Museum in Japan.
