Convocation Annual General Meeting 2012

As a member of Convocation you are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting of Convocation to be held on Saturday 8th September 2012 at 11am in the Interval Café (Graves Building), Students’ Union on the main University Campus.

The keynote address will once again be given by our Vice-Chancellor Professor Keith Burnett. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. The full agenda for the AGM is available to download from the link on the right of this page, along with minutes from the 2011 AGM.

Prior to the AGM we will be offering you the chance to go on a short tour of the central University campus, meeting at 9.30am outside the entrance to the Students´ Union building on the concourse. Refreshments will be served in the Interval Café from 10.30am and after the meeting there will be a buffet lunch served in the nearby Coffee Revolution area of the Students’ Union.

The AGM forms part of the Annual Alumni Reunion for which there are a number of daytime and evening activities. For further details please visit:
