The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of Convocation consists of 23 members, including the Officers of Convocation, namely the Chairman, Vice-Chairman (Governance), Vice-Chairman (Social), Secretary & Clerk, and Treasurer. The Officers and other members of the Executive Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting of Convocation. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman are elected for a period of 2 years with the possibility of election for one further period of 2 years. The Secretary & Clerk and Treasurer are each elected for a period of 2 years with the possibility of being elected for further periods of 2 years. Other members of the Executive Committee are elected for a period of 3 years with the possibility of being elected for further periods of 3 years.
