The University Counselling Service has a disabled access entrance to the rear of the building, accessible from Wilkinson Lane. There are also two disabled parking spaces to the rear of the building and two downstairs counselling rooms which can be used for clients with mobility problems.
If the nature of your disability means you have difficulty coming into the service to register, or you have any additional support needs, alternative arrangements can be made. Please see our students with disabilities page and contact our Reception on 0114 222 4134 or ucs@sheffield.ac.uk

If you have not used our service before you will need to register with us before we can make you an appointment.

How to register with the University Counselling Service
Prior to seeing a counsellor you will asked to register with the Counselling Service.
There are two ways to register:
- In person - please come to our Reception during our service opening times to complete our registration forms. When we are closed you can leave a message on our answer phone or by email and we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Online registration - more information is available on our dedicated online registration facility web pages.
