DCS research students Susheel Varma and Anjali Samani were among 'Britain's Top Younger Scientists, Engineers and Technologists' selected to make poster presentations at a House of Commons reception in December 2005.

Susheel's poster was entitled 'Engineering the Virtual Heart'

Anjali's poster was entitled 'Automated Face Recognition'
