PhD project shortlisted for Rolls-Royce award

The work done by Jonathan Butters on Terminology Recognition in the Aerospace Domain has been shortlisted for the Rolls-Royce R&T Director's Creativity Award.

Jonathan is a PhD student in the OAK Group supervised by Prof. Fabio Ciravegna and funded by a Rolls-Royce CASE studentship. It is the second time in 3 years that work done in the OAK group has been shortlisted for the award. In 2007, the group was a finalist with a project that applied Hybrid Search to corporate archives.
