DCS gets high ranking in Complete University Guide

The Department of Computer Science, University of Sheffield, has gained 8 places in the 2010 Complete University Guide rankings, and is now rated the 6th best computer science department in the UK. Our improved ranking reflects high scores for student satisfaction, research assessment, entry standards and graduate prospects.

The Complete University Guide is compiled by Mayfield University Consultants, who previously compiled the Times Good University Guide. The Complete University Guide is a web-based resource, with extracts published in The Independent Education and Careers supplement.
