Biography

I joined the University of Sheffield in 1992 as a lecturer in Anatomy. Although my major role was in teaching of dental students I had a substantial input into courses in human physiology, developmental biology and graduate skills. In 2002 I joined the Department of Adult Dental Care to focus on the teaching of dentistry. In 2012 I was appointed Head of the Academic Unit of Primary Dental Care.
