Sheffield Success at BSODR 2011

Students at Sheffield won and were commended in the Colgate Junior Prize at the British Society for Oral and Dental Research’s meeting in Sheffield.

Dominic Smith, BDS Student, won the 2011 Colgate Junior Prize for his paper: “ArRESTing oral cancer progression”, supervised by Dr Dan Lambert.

Tom Evans was commended for his paper on “Using Zebrafish To Study Candida albicans-Mediated Systemic Candidiasis in viv.” Supervised by Professor Martin Thornhill, and Dr Craig MURDOCH.
