David Chappell is an Emeritus Professor of the Department of Economics. He has BA and PhD degrees from the University of Liverpool and is the author of more than 70 research papers. He is a fellow of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (FIMA), and a Chartered Mathematician (CMath).
