Certificate/Diploma/Masters (MEd) in Education, Globalization & Inclusion
Caribbean Programme
Trinidad & Tobago
The Programme
In keeping with our 20-year commitment to continuing teacher personal and professional development in the Caribbean, the University of Sheffield´s School of Education is offering a new distance Masters programme in Education, Globalization and Inclusion.
The programme has the following three key objectives:
- To identify and respond to emerging global agendas influencing education in the Caribbean;
- To relate these agendas to the aspirations of education policymakers, professionals and other key stakeholders including children and young people in the Caribbean region;
- To provide dedicated teaching for students intending to proceed to doctoral research.
This programme will be of interest to all educators who are seeking to understand the ways globalization is increasingly transforming educational policy and practice, and who are committed to working toward an agenda for inclusion in education and becoming part of a growing community of educational researchers in the Caribbean and around the world.
