Philosophy seminars: Contesting Education and Research
Convened by Dr Ansgar Allen, this seminar series is funded by the Philosophy of Education Society of Great Britain and is affiliated to the University of Sheffield Centre for the Study of Educational Development and Professional Lives.
This highly popular monthly event attracts well-known speakers of national and international renown. The overarching aim is provide a forum for debate, where it is possible to challenge conventional understandings of education, and rethink commonplaces in educational research.
