Your submission will be dealt with by our Help Desk. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will issue you with a reference which should be used in all future contacts. We aim to give you a full response within 5 working days.
If for any reason our investigations require a longer period of time, then we will contact you to advise you of the delay. During this time, we may contact you to discuss the problem, or ask for more information.
