Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA)
The Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) is an initial qualification for people with little or no previous English teaching experience and is awarded by Cambridge ESOL, part the University of Cambridge. You may be considering a career in English Language teaching and view CELTA as an entry into a good teaching position in another country, or you may want a qualification that provides a sound basis in the fundamentals of language teaching practice and gives you the confidence to take control in the classroom.

Please see below for information on the next available courses. On the right-hand side, you can find downloads of some general information about the CELTA, including fees and dates to print off.
If you are interested in taking a CELTA course here, please fill out and return the 'expression of interest' form also on the right-hand side as a download.
