I am now divorced

It is very important to let the pension scheme know if you have had a change of circumstances. This is particularly important if you have changed your name as a result.

Please send a copy of your decree absolute, and change of name and any pension sharing or earmarking order, with a covering letter to the Pensions Office. They will then update your details with the Scheme administrators to ensure any necessary action is carried out.

You may also wish to update your ‘Expression of Wish’ form regarding your nomination to receive death benefits if your wishes have changed.
