On-line Fire Training
If you have previously attended a fire training lecture then you are eligible
to renew your training using the web based fire training program. This consists
of a short tutorial followed by a simple assessment. You must pass the
assessment or your training will not be validated and your name will not appear in
the records.
Known Issues

For the web based fire training to run properly you will need to have pop-ups
enabled on your browser(the default setting for Windows XP is pop-ups blocked).
If you have pop-ups blocked you will need to click the tools button on your web
browser and temporarily enable pop-ups.

The web fire training is not hosted on a University server. Occasionally the
program doesn't download properly and stalls partway through. If this happens,
click refresh on your browser and try again.

The login and password that you need to access the training are not the same
as your University username and password. Your DSO should be able to give you
the login and password that you need, alternateively contact Safety Services
for help.

Records for the on-line fire training are uploaded weekly and so there may
be a delay of up to 10 days before recent records can be viewed.
