PHD Training Module

With support from a Skills Training Development Grant (STDG), Georgina Waylen and Victoria Robinson have developed a module on Doing Gendered Research for current research students as part of the Research Training Programme (RTP). The aim of the module is to help students to develop interdisciplinary research skills in doing gendered research as well as the implications of different methodologies. Students have an opportunity to reflect on the appropriate methods and approaches for their own research.

The module GSS6010 ran for the first time in Semester 1 2008/9 and then again in Semester 1 2009/10. We anticipate that it will run again in 2010/11. For further details please contact Georgina Waylen or Victoria Robinson.
