I'd like to draw you attention to an upcoming exhibition at Nottingham Trent University's Bonington Gallery on the photography of Simon Roberts, selected from two published book projects on Russia and England which explore notions of identity, attachment to home and land, and the relationship between people and place.

Simon graduated in geography from Sheffield University in 1996 and his photography has been influenced by writings in cultural and political geography. He was recently awarded the parliamentary commission to produce a photographic project on the coming General Election.
