Applications to our four-year Masters course are considered for both courses. In addition, applicants holding an offer of a place on our four-year course are guaranteed an alternative place on our three-year course, provided that the appropriate course requirements are met. |

Core requirements
We normally expect applicants to offer at least three full A Levels. Typical offers for each course are quoted in terms of your best three GCE A Level grades or equivalent. We may at our discretion decide to allow one A Level grade to be substituted with either 2 AS Level grades or 6 units of the BTEC National Award.
For all applicants, there is a core requirement of at least Grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English. Applicants whose first language is not English are required to take a suitable test - details below.

English language minimum requirements
Applicants whose first language is not English are required to take a suitable test. Typical minimum English Language requirements are an IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) average of 7.0 or above, with at least 6.5 in each component (6.0 for LK74), a TOEFL Paper-Based score of 600, or a TOEFL Computer-Based score of 250.
